• Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone (optional), and any notes you submit.
• Orders: your email and the billing and shipping address collected at checkout.
• Configuration: the pin specification you build, saved in your browser so it can be restored on your next visit.

How we use it

• To prepare quotes, process orders, and send order confirmations and updates.
• To respond to your inquiries.

Service providers

We share the minimum necessary information with providers that operate the service:

• Stripe — payment processing (card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by us).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. Your saved configuration lives only in your browser and can be cleared by clearing your site data.

Security

We use reputable providers and encrypted connections to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
