1. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown in the instant-quote configurator are estimates for the configured specification and are subject to final engineering review. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or specification errors before accepting an order.

2. Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment places an order for the specification you configured. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be manufactured as specified, in which case any charge for that order is refunded.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize the charge shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Manufacturing, lead times, and shipping

Parts are made to order. Lead times shown are estimates in business days from order acceptance and are not guaranteed. Shipping is currently offered within the United States to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier.

5. Inspection and returns

Because parts are custom-manufactured to your specification, orders are generally non-returnable. Please inspect parts on receipt and notify us within 30 days of any nonconformance to the ordered specification.

6. Warranty

We warrant that parts will conform to the ordered specification and tolerances. This is your exclusive remedy; the drawing produced with each order is a description of the part to be manufactured and is not a certification of fitness for a particular use. Verifying the design for your application is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
